ActionIVR Program

‘IVR’ is ‘interactive voice response’ system which combines the use of telephone technology with the computer in order to market your bankruptcy services by providing ‘information’.

This has been called ‘marketing through information’. And here’s what’s interesting: IVR is both effective and dignified advertising. It’s very hard to have effective advertising for an attorney that is effective and dignified at the same time. And when I say ‘effective’, I mean that it really makes the phone ring and increases your appointments with new clients.

Here’s what you can expect with ActionIVR:

  1. Effective Yellow Page Ads: Most attorneys who use the Yellow Pages do not really know if their ad is ‘effective’. I know because before I used IVR, I couldn’t tell. Most Yellow Page ads are ‘flat’ and ‘one dimensional’. There’s nothing ‘interactive’ with most ads. IVR has proven itself through 15 years of my using it and with my colleagues use of it. It has proven to be a steady and very reliable ‘workhorse’.

  2. Reports: You will receive daily reports and reports which summarize the week and then monthly reports which give you all the ‘hits’ or ‘contacts’ to your Yellow Page ad. You get rid of a person’s debts and then tell them, ‘You have a fresh start’. What’s different about you from any other bankruptcy attorney? How can a client absolutely tell that you offer more than any other bankruptcy attorney for a client’s ‘fresh start’? When you tell a client about my strategy for ‘differentiating’ and the client says, ‘No other attorney does this. You really care about your clients’. In the corporate world it’s called, QMS (Quality Management Service). I call it: Really caring about your clients’ and not just saying ‘I care’ because that doesn’t cut it. You’ll learn about this strategy of ‘differentiating’.
