Who is Dave Falvey?

I have been practicing law for 24 years and I have concentrated in consumer bankruptcy for the last 16 years. Through the use of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) I became a leader in consumer bankruptcy in my market area. I'm willing to share that experience and technology with you.

You can learn about me at www.abcworld.org and you have to click on 'consumer attorney' and then click on 'Connecticut' and you'll see my background. But this is just the technical side because it's actually irrelevant to marketing a bankruptcy practice. I'm a real attorney who is actively and daily in the trenches.

I have been shot at a lot and managed to survive and that's my claim to fame.

I enjoy market strategy and practice development. I try techniques and when they work, I continue to use them. But when they 'bomb', I abandon them.

I have more in inventory for practice development (called: getting new clients) than my IVR system then what I can discuss at this time. My IVR system as I said is a proven 'workhorse' and I am willing to share it with you. I have so much in development and testing that even if half of it is useful to you, you'll expand and grow your practice. However, I am absolutely confident that there are many practitioners who could share with myself their insights to the market and help myself grow.

So much of what I have developed is the result of observing the great talents of others: —Edison—'If I have seen far, it is because I stood on the shoulders of giants'.

Again, I say, it's not the survival of the 'fit' but of the most 'cooperative'.
