I have known Dave Falvey for over 16 years and I knew that he completely dominated his market area so much that I didn't know any attorney from New London County except Dave. I have been using the IVR system for 2 years. I am a solo practitioner. I have a limited budget and I not about to waste money. I have to make every dollar count in my advertising budget.

At no time did Dave Falvey promise that I would be signing a hundred clients per month. He simply said, 'My IVR system is effective and it works'. I had known Dave for many years and I knew that he wasn't giving me a line when he said that he was willing to license to myself in my market area with his techniques. I, also, knew that he was completely dominate in his market area. He explained to me that rather than open new offices throughout the state, he would offer to license his marketing technique to practitioners in restricted market areas for a reasonable fee.

Dave's IVR system is very sophisticated and it works. There are months when I am filing post-BAPCAP between 30-50 petitions per month and knowing the effectiveness of Dave's IVR system, I wouldn't dare cancel my subscription. Dave's offer to use his system was based on a month-to-month agreement. If at any time I wanted to cancel the agreement, I was free to cancel and I didn't owe Dave anything. There was no set-up fee or other trap. The only condition was that if I didn't like or approve the system, I couldn't try to use it independently or discuss it with others.

If you have an opportunity to use Dave's IVR system, I would advise that you grab it. His terms and conditions are so fair and reasonable, you can't possibly make a mistake in using it. It has proven to be the 'workhorse' that he said it would be.
